Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support company registration processes, including preparation and coordination of required documentation
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely follow-up and support
- Maintain and update sales leads using Excel (Formulas and basic data analysis skill is need) or other database
- Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders
- Support daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring a professional and well-maintained environment
- Coordinate with vendors on maintenance, procurement, and other operational matters
- Assist in client presentations, project introductions, and occasional business development activities
- Support event execution and handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate or less than 2 years working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Fluent in English is a must. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is a big plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to support occasional overtime
- Presentable and professional appearance with a client-facing mindset
