KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate effectively with overseas customers on commercial matters.
• Liaise with BOI, Customs, and other local authorities regarding logistics-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Finished Goods (FG), and Finance to facilitate and prepare shipments.
• Carry out additional duties relevant to the role as assigned by management from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle documentation accurately and effectively.
