We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as an Assistant Manager – Financial Risk Control, supporting the hotel’s financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance standards.
In the role, we rely on you to:
- Conduct daily revenue audits across rooms, food & beverage, spa, banquets, and other operating outlets to ensure all revenue transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and posted in line with hotel policies and financial procedures.
- Prepare and review financial reports by recording, classifying, and analyzing financial data to support profitability, compliance, operational transparency, and effective decision-making.
- Perform compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, audit standards, and applicable financial and regulatory requirements across all hotel operations.
- Carry out system reconciliations between PMS systems such as Oracle OPERA PMS, POS platforms, accounting software, and payment gateways to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support hotel management by providing accurate financial insights, variance analysis, operational recommendations, and risk-control guidance to assist in strategic and operational decision-making.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience in Income Audit or Financial Risk Control within the hospitality industry.
- Has good analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Has knowledge of revenue controls, compliance procedures, and financial reporting processes.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills and is able to work well with different departments and management teams.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and has experience with hotel systems such as Oracle OPERA PMS and POS systems.
- Is able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Can work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to operational excellence.
