At Shangri-La, hospitality from the heart defines who we are. We are seeking an energetic and service-driven hospitality professional to join our team as Beverage Manager. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional beverage experiences, driving operational excellence, and building strong connections with both guests and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be highly visible during operations, leading from the floor, inspiring the team, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.

In the role, we rely on you to:

Oversee the overall management and smooth operation of all beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Be a hands-on and visible leader on the operational floor, working closely with colleagues and actively engaging with guests.
Monitor daily beverage operations across bars, lounges, restaurants, banquets, and events to ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
Drive beverage revenue, operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability through effective planning and inventory management.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and Food & Beverage teams on beverage pairings, promotions, seasonal menus, and innovative beverage concepts.
Lead, motivate, and develop the beverage team through coaching, training, and performance management initiatives.
Build strong guest relationships by handling feedback professionally and creating memorable beverage and dining experiences.

Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, beverage quality, and safety procedures are consistently followed.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to continuously enhance beverage offerings and drive business growth.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Has minimum 4 years’ experience in an international class hotel in a similar capacity within beverage operations.
Is a passionate and hands-on leader who enjoys working closely with colleagues and interacting with guests on the floor.
Has strong operational knowledge of beverage service standards, bar operations, wines, spirits, cocktails, and luxury hospitality operations.
Has excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
Is a guest-focused individual with strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
Is a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Has good understanding of beverage cost control, inventory management, hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance standards.
