Consultant – Network Analytics and Automation

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly experienced Consultant – Network Analytics and Automation to lead the transformation of our networks into a predictive, intelligent, and autonomous ecosystem. This role will drive end-to-end network analytics strategy, leveraging advanced data engineering, AI/ML, automation, and cloud technologies to deliver operational excellence, scalability, and sustained competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving digital and AI-driven environment.

The Job

• Define and execute the organization’s network data and analytics strategy across RAN, Core, Transport, and Customer Experience domains.
• Design and govern scalable, secure, and high-quality data platforms integrating multiple network and business data sources.
• Establish frameworks for data standardization, lineage, quality, and compliance.

• Lead development of advanced analytics and AI/ML models for predictive use cases such as fault prediction, capacity forecasting, and customer experience analytics.
• Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Drive adoption of cutting-edge AI techniques including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
• Ensure analytics models are production-ready, scalable, and continuously optimized.

• Define and implement network automation strategies aligned to a zero-touch operations vision.
• Drive closed-loop automation for fault detection, resolution, and performance optimization.
• Enable self-healing and self-optimizing network capabilities while reducing manual intervention.

• Establish enterprise-wide BI frameworks, dashboards, and KPI models aligned to strategic objectives.
• Provide insights on network performance, cost optimization, and customer experience.
• Define and track value realization metrics for analytics and automation initiatives.

• Architect hybrid and multi-cloud analytics platforms using AWS and Azure.
• Leverage cloud-native services for advanced data processing and ML workflows.
• Support the enterprise cloud adoption roadmap in line with digital transformation goals.

The Person

• B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer Science)
• OR B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT (Data Science), or Statistics with Computer Science
• Degrees should be from recognized/accredited institutions (IESL / AMIE SL preferred)

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in network analytics, automation, data engineering, or related fields.
