We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care – English/Tamil to join our team at Konnect BPO Technologies.

Working Location : Dehiwala

Working Hours : 11:00 am to 08:00 pm / 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Introducing our services to new prospective leads
• Achieve daily and monthly targets through sucessful calls
• Managing sales pipeline
• Provide clients the highest level of service in a timely manner.

Experience and Qualifications

• Strong command in English & Tamil, ability to speak any indian language would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Age below 35.

What we offer:

Basic salary with monthly attendance bonus, monthly performance incentives,
approximately take home more than Rs.100,000 + per month.
