We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Trading & Commercial team, supporting international client relationships and commercial operations within the energy and bunkering sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with global clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Identify business opportunities through market analysis and monitoring industry trends.
Execute and record commercial transactions accurately in line with policies and regulations.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and transactions.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide market insights to support decision-making.
Assess credit risk and handle customer issues, complaints, and claims efficiently.
Stay updated on product standards, pricing trends, and contractual compliance.

Skills and Experience Required

Prior experience in handling overseas customers is preferred.
Professionally qualified or partly qualified in SLIM or CIM will be an added advantage.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
High attention to detail, with a structured and process-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
