Marketing Associate – Leasing (Fixed Term Contract)

JOB PROFILE

• Identify and engage prospective customers through strategic field visits and targeted marketing campaigns.

• Promote leasing services with strong, value-driven propositions.

• Build and maintain long-term business relationships to secure repeat sales.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets.

• Provide timely reports and updates to the sales management team.

APPLICANT’S PROFILE

• Age between 20-27 years.

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.

• Experience in banking or the Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) sector is preferred.

• Passed GCE Ordinary Level with credits in English and Mathematics.

• Full or partial qualifications in SLIM, CIM, or Banking would be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Sound understanding of marketing and sales strategies.

• Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil (written and spoken) with proficiency in English.

• Outgoing personality with a strong passion for sales.

Successful candidates will be stationed in Colombo andprovided with an attractive remuneration package, commensurate with benchmarked financial institutions.
