Job description
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in more professional manner
- Resolve customer concern with care and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to quality, customer service standers and timely service delivery
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum one (01) year call center experience ot insurance industry working experience
- Language proficiency in Sinhala plus English or Tamil plus English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
- Professional qualification in Insurance will be definite advantage
- School leavers are also encourage to apply
