Job description

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in more professional manner
  • Resolve customer concern with care and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to quality, customer service standers and timely service delivery
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum one (01) year call center experience ot insurance industry working experience
  • Language proficiency in Sinhala plus English or Tamil plus English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Professional qualification in Insurance will be definite advantage
  • School leavers are also encourage to apply
