Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate technical data sheets of structural materials. Ensure materials and all related documents comply
with project specifications before submission to consultants for approval.
Develop and submit method statements for all structural works. Coordinate with consultants to secure
timely approvals for these documents.
Submit inspection requests and coordinate site inspections. Supervise third-party testing to verify
compliance with structural standards. Conduct timely inspections and tests of ongoing structural work.
Maintain meticulous inspection records, test reports, and other quality documentation. Prepare QA/QC
reports for internal and client review.
Ensure strict adherence to local and international structural codes (e.g., IS, ACI, BSI). Monitor construction
activities to ensure they align with approved drawings and specifications.
Liaise with site engineers, consultants, and contractors on quality issues. Provide feedback and implement
corrective actions for any non-conformances.
Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained for accurate measurements.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in a civil/structural capacity.
Strong knowledge of structural procedures and excellent experience in civil works.
In-depth understanding of local and international structural codes (IS, ACI, BSI).
Familiarity with the project lifecycle in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and
general construction environments.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various teams and
external parties.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and ensure high attention to detail.
