The Role

You’ll be at the heart of a Lubricant Information System that millions of vehicles worldwide depend on. As a Technical Data Specialist, you’re responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing vehicle and lubricant data; bridging the gap between the automotive world and our digital infrastructure. You’ll work independently in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative team behind you.

Key Responsibilities

Collect vehicle and lubricant data from a variety of technical sources
Enter and maintain data accurately in the Lubricant Information System
Link and integrate new vehicles into the global database network
Support customers via the helpdesk and contribute to system improvements
Collaborate closely with data and IT teams to keep systems up to date
Organize and manage your own workload independently in a dynamic environment

Requirements

6+ years of experience in automotive engineering, with exposure to lubricant data
Technical background in automotive technology (VMBO/MBO level or equivalent through hands-on experience)
Passionate about vehicles like cars, motorcycles, or industrial vehicles
Comfortable reading and writing in English
Detail-oriented and persistent when researching technical information
At ease in a digital working environment; enjoys working with data systems
