Senior Executive Finance – McLarens Group

Job description

McLarens Group is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and committed professional to join as a Senior Executive- Finance. The selected candidate will support the finance function by handling accounting operations, financial reporting, budgetary control, treasury activities, and compliance requirements while ensuring smooth and accurate financial management across the assigned companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and analyze financial variances.
• Support budgeting and budgetary control activities for assigned companies.
• Posting journal entries, invoice verifications, and banking-related finance transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Prepare KPI reports, management reports, and principal reporting updates.
• Coordinate treasury management activities and monitor banking facilities.
• Maintain proper financial documentation, controls, and process compliance.
• Supervise finance-related operational activities and ensure timely processing of payments and accounting records.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting.
• Professional accounting part qualification (CA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience dealing with banks, financial institutions.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial systems (Oracle or similar systems).
