We are looking for an experienced and organized Senior Fleet Coordinator to oversee fleet operations and ensure the efficient management of vehicles and transportation activities. The role involves coordinating vehicle scheduling, monitoring fleet performance, ensuring compliance and maintenance standards, and supporting smooth daily logistics operations to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations
• Monitor fleet performance using technology
• Control fuel, service, and operating costs
• 3+ years’ experience in fleet or transport operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with GPS and fleet tracking systems
• Good knowledge of compliance and safety standards
• Relevant technical qualifications
