Job Overview

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading the showroom team to achieve business objectives. The role focuses on maximizing sales, maintaining operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• CIM/SLIM qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 02 years’ Experience in a similar capacity.
• Must be service oriented and have the ability to provide superior customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve showroom sales target.
