About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • 1Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns
  • 2Monitor brand performance, customer engagement, and market trends
  • 3Coordinate with sales and retail teams to improve customer experience and store performance
  • 4Support product launches, promotions, and in-store branding activities
  • 5Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities
  • 6Work closely with creative, digital, and merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency
  • 7Prepare reports, presentations, and performance evaluations for management

Requirements

  • 1Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field
  • 2Minimum 4+ years of experience in brand management, retail operations, or store development
  • 3Strong understanding of retail branding, customer experience, and sales management
  • 4Experience in the FMCG, beauty care, or retail industry will be an added advantage
  • 5Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • 6Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
