About The Role

Industry: Cosmetic & Health Care Location: Nugegoda

Key Responsibilities

1Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns
2Monitor brand performance, customer engagement, and market trends
3Coordinate with sales and retail teams to improve customer experience and store performance
4Support product launches, promotions, and in-store branding activities
5Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities
6Work closely with creative, digital, and merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency
7Prepare reports, presentations, and performance evaluations for management

Requirements

1Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field
2Minimum 4+ years of experience in brand management, retail operations, or store development
3Strong understanding of retail branding, customer experience, and sales management
4Experience in the FMCG, beauty care, or retail industry will be an added advantage
5Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
6Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
