Senior Executive – EHS

Job Description

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Implement and monitor the company’s EHS management system across all business operations.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at workshops and project sites.
• Promote safety awareness by organizing training sessions and awareness programs.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on EHS matters.
• Maintain EHS documentation, reports, and KPI tracking systems.
• Support fire safety, emergency response, and first aid initiatives.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety, preferably in the construction, Transport or heavy lifting industry sector.
• Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety from a recognized institute (NIOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Experience in conducting safety audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites/projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and EHS reporting systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
