About The Role

Key Responsibilities

1Manage and coordinate supply chain, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
2Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce wastage or shortages.
3Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to improve operational performance.
4Handle vendor management, supplier negotiations, and procurement processes.
5Ensure timely delivery of materials and effective coordination with internal departments.

Requirements

1Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management and/or CIPS will be an added advantage.
3Minimum 5–8 years of experience in SCM, procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
4Strong knowledge of inventory management and end-to-end supply chain operations.
5Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills and Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
6Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
