About The Role

Key Responsibilities

1Assist in quantity surveying activities related to construction projects.
2Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates.
3Support tender preparation, evaluation, and contract documentation processes.
4Monitor project costs and assist in cost control procedures.
5Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
6Prepare project-related reports, measurements, and documentation accurately.

Requirements

1Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
2Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tendering, or construction project coordination.
3Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity takeoffs, contract documentation, and cost control procedures
4Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and other QS-related software.
5Good communication and teamwork skills and Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
