Join our team as Bars Manager!

As the Bars Manager, we rely on you to: 

• Lead the bar team in crafting innovative, high-quality cocktails and beverage experiences that align with the hotel’s luxury standards.
• Develop and curate seasonal cocktail menus, incorporating premium ingredients, unique flavors, and modern mixology techniques.
• Ensure consistency in drink presentation, taste, and service while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor bartenders on mixology techniques, spirits knowledge, and service excellence.
• Manage bar inventory, procurement, and cost control to optimize profitability while maintaining premium beverage offerings.
• Work closely with the F&B and marketing teams to develop beverage promotions, themed nights, and special events.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring responsible alcohol service practices.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and enhancing their overall bar experience.
• Monitor industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques to keep the hotel’s bar offerings competitive and innovative.
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers and brands to secure exclusive products and sponsorships.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Certification in Mixology, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a high-end bar, cocktail lounge, or luxury hotel setting.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and contemporary mixology trends.
• Strong leadership and training skills to develop and inspire a high-performing bar team.
• Creativity and passion for crafting signature cocktails and personalized guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Ability to manage bar operations efficiently, including cost control and inventory management.
