Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls professionally and politely
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Prepare daily call reports and updates when required
Support administrative and customer service-related tasks

Qualification

Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer literacy
Previous call center/customer service experience preferred
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Willingness to work flexible hours if required
