Key Responsibilities

  • 1Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and engagement trends
  • 2Monitor and evaluate customer journeys across digital and retail platforms
  • 3Generate insights to improve customer experience, retention, and brand loyalty
  • 4Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and customer engagement strategies
  • 5Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for management decision-making
  • 6Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • 7Identify opportunities for business growth through customer data analysis

Requirements

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer behavior analysis, CRM, or digital marketing analytics
  • 3Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 4Knowledge of customer journey analysis and digital marketing tools
  • 5Experience with data visualization and reporting tools will be an added advantage \
  • 6Strong communication and presentation skills
  • 7Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable business insights
