Position Overview

This position is responsible for managing and controlling the loan NPL portfolio of the assigned regions while ensuring timely recovery and minimizing impairment. The role involves monitoring new loans transferred to the NPL category, coordinating regional recovery coordinator, and driving recovery performance in regions.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Banking, Business Management or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Junior Executive grade, including 4 years of experience in the Banking/Financial Sector.
• Prior experience in debt recovery will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently follow policies and procedures when making decisions.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent written communication skills, with strong active listening and telephone communication abilities.
• Good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS office package.
