Job description

You should ideally:

possess 7 years of relevant experience in banking/finance, including exposure to credit and handling high‑net‑worth clients
possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
possess a pleasing, confident and outgoing personality
have strong communication skills in English

You will be mainly responsible for:

achieving overall asset targets assigned to the branch by the bank
ensuring comprehensive evaluations of project loans, working capital loans, guarantees, leases, housing loans, and other credit facilities offered by the bank
monitoring approved credit facilities to maintain a sound asset portfolio and reduce the Non-Performing (NP) ratio
complying with Bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and established procedures
applying thorough knowledge of branch operations by adhering to the operations manual and internal circulars
cross-selling and upselling banking products, with a strong focus on liability products
reaching the branch’s other Income targets by introducing new income avenues and ensuring timely collection of fees and charges
