Key purpose of the Job

The Executive – Learning & Development oversees all plant manpower requirements, manages the performance management system, identifies and fulfills training needs to support business goals, and ensures compliance with organizational health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all manpower requirements of the Plant are met in a timely manner  ​
  • Facilitate management of performance management system for staff cadre in the Plant ​
  • Support preparation of training calendar and drive execution of training activities for staff and associates in the Plant

Education

Diploma in Human Resources or other relevant area.

Experience

2 to 3+ years of relevant experience
Entry level STEP
