About The Role

Key Responsibilities

1Handle corporate legal matters and provide legal advice to management when required.
2Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
3Handle court appearances and litigation-related matters on behalf of the organization.
4Ensure compliance with labor, land, intellectual property, and corporate laws.
5Provide legal support in dispute resolution and negotiation processes.
6Assist in resolving employment and labor-related legal matters.
7Coordinate with external legal parties, government institutions, and relevant authorities

Requirements

1Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
2Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate or legal practice.
3Strong knowledge of labor law, contracts, litigation, and corporate legal matters
4Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
5Experience in handling court appearances and litigation matters.
6Sound knowledge of Labour,Land ,Intellectual property
