About The Role

Key Responsibilities

1Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) operations across the organization.
2Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
3Conduct risk assessments and implement effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
4Investigate workplace incidents and develop corrective and preventive actions.
5Collaborate with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders on compliance matters.

Requirements

1Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
3Minimum 12–15 years of experience in EHS management within manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
4Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and industrial safety standards.
5Proven experience in risk management, compliance, and incident prevention.
6Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
7Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
8Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
