We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products and services confidently, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Clearly introduce company products and services
Identify customer needs and generate sales leads
Schedule follow-ups and appointments
Maintain accurate call records and customer information
Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions

Qualifications

Fluency in English (mandatory)
Knowledge of Hindi and/or Malay (Malaysian language) is a plus
