Pastry Chef Job Overview
- Be responsible to create high quality pasty and bakery dishes with the standard recipes and presentations while maintaining the desired quality standards and the consistency of the products.
- Be responsible for operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen while working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef in planning of pastry and bakery production and develop seasonal offerings.
- Assist in production and maintenance of par stocks of pastries, bakeries and desserts with proper rotation of products.
- Maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the pastry and bakery section.
